Payments & Deliveries
We deliver within Taiwan only
You can place your order from anywhere in the world, but delivery can only be made to a Taiwan address.
(Deliveries made to remote destinations within Taiwan will be subjected to the rules and regulation of the other courier services)
We currently provide Cash-on-Delivery service. Ordered products will be delivered to an address you specify, upon confirmation of the product's nature during receipt; payments will be duly paid to the delivery service operator.
Deliveries are currently FREE with any purchase. Offer subject to change.
*Free deliveries only applies to local Taiwan postal addresses. No including certain area in Taiwan, (outskirt area)
**Do not apply to re-delivery and/or failed delivery caused by incorrect delivery information)
The following is a general idea of how long your delivery will take to reach you:

|Monday - Thursday before 3pm||Arrives within 2-5 business days|
|Friday before 3pm||Arrives within 2-5 business days|
|Saturday & Sunday all day||Arrives within 2-5 business days in the following week|
* A one day allowance may apply to the above estimated arrival time.
**Self-collection is currently not available.
Please ensure your delivery address is valid, and contains the following details:
- Recipient's full name and contact number
- Proper address with postal codes
Be sure to provide a valid mobile no. as well so we can contact you in the event nobody is around.
If you are not present at the delivery address during the time of delivery, or you have no one to receive on your behalf, we will contact you to arrange for a separate delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days after initial delivery date, products will be returned to us.
If your delivery fails to arrive within the estimated time frame, please drop us an email at email.com with the subject "Failed Delivery - Invoice Number".
We will investigate all no-shows immediately and arrange for a re-delivery if necessary.
We Aim To Provide a "No Fuss" Delivery
All deliveries are Outsourced, hence if you feel that the quality of the delivery company is not acceptable, kindly feedback it back to us.

Important Notes About Your Order
We cannot deliver at specific timings
Once the order is confirmed, it can not be modified. If you need to modify or cancel the order, please let us know your order confirmation.
Ntd 100 will be charge for wrong address provided to be re-deliver.
